Cougar Run FFL is a Service-Disabled Veteran Operated Small Business dedicated to supporting responsible firearm ownership and the 2nd Amendment. Founded by Jordan DeAngelis, a U.S. Air Force veteran, licensed pharmacist, and supply chain expert, we bring a unique background in logistics and precision to the firearms industry.

Jordan’s personal experience with a defensive shooting encounter reinforced the critical importance of having the right tools to defend oneself, loved ones, and others. This experience led to a deeper commitment to the firearms community and, in 2021, the establishment of Tactical Solutions Outpost, LLC, the parent corporation of Cougar Run FFL, as a Type 07 Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) and Special Occupational Taxpayer (SOT) 02 dealer, specializing in firearm manufacturing, distribution, and NFA items.

We cater to all firearm owners, from first-time buyers to seasoned professionals, competitive shooters, hunters, and recreational plinkers. Our mission is to provide high-quality firearms and components while simplifying the process for those looking to exercise their 2A rights—whether for self-defense, home defense, or sport.

Beyond sales and manufacturing, we advocate for youth firearm safety and familiarization, ensuring the next generation understands the responsibility and skills necessary for safe firearm handling.
